The fact that Braunstone Town is once again a thriving area on the outskirts of Leicester means that, over the years, we have spent quite a bit of time working there. It is not unusual for us to be asked to provide a hog roast in Braunstone Town or the surrounding area.
People here like to celebrate, and they particularly like to be able to provide plenty of good food for their guests.
Over the past couple of months, we have prepared food for several events in and around the town of Braunstone Town. In fact, the month of July kicked off with one of our biggest events of the year.
A local firm was celebrating the launch of its latest product. For this event, we provided a huge buffet with a selection of spit roasted meats providing the centrepiece for the feast. The sides were a mix of hot and cold dishes served buffet style, allowing guests to eat as much as they wanted throughout the event.
In the same week, we provided two basic hog roasts for family parties held in the area. One family asked us just to deliver a ready cooked hog, which they then served to their guests alongside side dishes they had cooked themselves.
An unusual request, but given the fact that we are used to hiring out hog roast machines to those who enjoy doing some of the cooking themselves, one we were more than happy to accommodate.
The other family asked us to take care of all of the cooking and serve the meat in rolls with stuffing and a simple applesauce, which is still the most popular way to eat spit roasted hog meat.
At the start of August, we did a big event that was hosted within eyesight of the beautiful Braunstone Hall.
This wedding celebration was a more formal affair for which we provided waiting staff and a full silver service.
After serving canapés to the guests, our team quickly moved onto to at the table service. They served a full three course meal, followed by the wedding cake. The bride looked stunning and it was clear that all 120 guests enjoyed that hog roast in Braunstone Town.
