Thoroughly enjoying the light nights with a hog roast in Bulkington!

Hog roast Bulkington are thoroughly enjoying the light nights and nice warm days it feels like summer even though it is only April, gosh we are four months into this year already it gets quicker every year. Saturday had been planned for a long time and we were really looking forward to the day, our first Bulkington hog roast wedding of the year and boy did we pray for nice weather! Our wishes came true and the sun shone bright, the event was out door and in a lovely little village how romantic! We set up our machines on the little haven and it truly was wonderful cooking and looking at the scenery we felt so relaxed and it felt like we were on a tropical island. The bride and groom arrived with the wedding party for the ceremony, which was being held on the village green and it was amazing the said their vows as the birds sang and the sweet smell of meat from our machines filled the air!Cooking-and-entertaining-300x200 After the ceremony the sea air had the guests famished as the gathered around and we carved the pork and crackling, sliced the moist duck and orange sauce and plated up the chicken and stuffing, Hog roast hire then sliced the fresh crisp buns and added the plates of soft home made butter to the table the guests helped them selves and it really was a wonderful day perfect weather and perfect hog roast Bulkington food! The entertainment was wonderful a three piece wind band played some wonderful music as the bride and groom swayed along the green in bare feet we felt we were on a movie set! The day excelled all our expectations and later in the day the guests were feeling a little peckish and we popped some jacket potatoes on the machine and whisked up some chicken that was left over with sweet corn and mayo for a tasty filling and made a fresh batch of salad. The day went amazing and lots of pictures were taken and the bride said she would email us some for our website and we cannot wait to put them on the website titled the “The first wedding of 2103”…
